Roman SPOR is a conceptual exploration by Mercantile Hospitality Group that reimagines how ancient athletic culture can inspire modern hospitality design. In Ancient Rome, sport was spectacle, an expression of civic pride where victorious athletes were celebrated like heroes, crowned with laurel and immortalized in marble.

This concept envisions that legacy inside a grand luxury hotel setting, transforming the traditional sports bar into a contemporary Roman forum dedicated to the drama of live competition. Marble columns, sculptural reliefs, and mosaic floors evoke the grandeur of classical Rome, while expansive digital screens and immersive lighting bring the energy of modern sports into the space.
